InnerVital Return Policy
Our Return Policy Guidelines are as follows
:
- ALL returns must be received within 30 days
from the original order date.
- We do accept opened products, please read
details below
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
and a small processing applies to all returns.
- All returns must have
a return form (See Link Below) included with
them in order to receive a refund. Refund requests
sent back without the form will be rejected.
Effective 01/14/2010
- Returns sent without
a return tracking number wil be rejected.
(please no signature confirmation as these go
to a po box)
Once a return is received and is verified as
eligible by meeting the above criteria a refund
will be issued within 5-10 business days. Refunds
can take 2-3 weeks to process. A confirmation
email will be sent informing you that the refund
was applied.
Please note : We do accept 1
open bottle as a return and the remaining bottles
must be sealed if you ordered multiple bottles.

This form must be included with all returns. Any
returns sent back without this form will not be
eligible for refunds. Please fill in ALL the fields
below and send this form back with your return.
You will need the adobe PDF reader for this form.

1) Complete return PDF form supplied above.
(if you do not have printer submit paper
with all info)
2) Return product to address provided on
form and include the form with the return.
- Ship only using United States
Post Office / Mail
- You must obtain a SHIPPING/DELIVERY
CONFIRMATION number from the post
office for your return. (no signature
confirmation please)

number from the post office CLICK

confirmation number stating the refund is
on its way back to us.
