InnerVital Return Policy

Here at InnerVital we strive to make you happy with your purchase and your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Our Return Policy Guidelines are as follows :

• ALL returns must be received within 30 days from the original order date.
• ALL products must be unopened and received back in sealed/good condition.
• ALL returns must have an assigned RMA# in order to be eligible for a refund.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sample products are non-refundable, they are free. The charges associated with them are for shipping and handling fees which are not refundable.

Once a return is received and is verified as eligible by meeting the above criteria a refund will be issued within 2-5 days. A confirmation email will be sent informing you that the refund was applied and for how much.

Please note : All returns sent back to us without a proper RMA# or REFUSED will be refunded, however a $9.95 processing & handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. The customer is responsible for lost shipments and tracking when sending back unopened products.

Items sent back with a proper RMA# are not assessed any additional processing fees.
