What carrier do you use to ship your products?
We ship all our products via the United States Postal System (USPS). Tracking is provided on all orders if a valid customer email is provided with your order. We use all available shipping methods USPS offers.

How soon will I receive my order?
We value your business greatly and we ship all in stock orders in 24 hours or less. Not including weekends or holidays. Shipment arrival times vary according to the shipping method you select. Standard domestic shipping takes between 3-7 business days, Rush Priority takes 2-3 business days, and Overnight Express takes 1 day, but in some remote location it can take 2 days. All international order can take anywhere from 5-14 business days depending on the country and the customs delay.

Will I receive a tracking confirmation email when my order ships?
We always provide a tracking confirmation number when you order ships as long as you provided us with a valid email address when you placed your original order.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship all over the world. There are certain countries that do not allow herbal related products through their customs.

Do you ship to military bases?
Yes we ship to all military bases no problem. Shipments can range in delivery time however. We are not responsible for packages lost by the military post office.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, Suites and Apartments.
