All successful orders will be processed within
24 business hours. We do not ship on holidays.
An email confirmation will be sent to the email
address used to place the order when your order
ships. Be sure to check your spam filters for
this. Orders placed too late in the day will be
shipped the following business day. We will do
our best to make sure every order is shipped as
soon as possible. The usually cut-off time for
a new order to ship the same day is 2pm est.

Worldwide
Shipping
We ship WorldWide on
a daily basis. Customs of your country may put
an unexpected delay on the delivery of your order
that we will have no control over. Certain countries
will not allow shipment of this type of product.
Those countries names may not show up on our order
form. Australia, Italy and Germany
to mention a few. We are sorry but we can not
make exceptions. These orders will just get confiscated
by the customs of that country.

Boxes and Military Addresses
 Yes
we can ship to post office boxes and military
addresses. We use a wide variety of couriers to
insure we can deliver to just about any location
around the world. United States Post Office, UPS,
Fedex and DHL.
Delivery
and Signatures
Larger orders and orders going to apartments
or suites may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight orders may also require a signature
for delivery. If your order was shipped via the
US Post Office and required a signature but nobody
was there to sign, a note will be left for you
to pick it up at your local post office. They
will NOT try to re-deliver
the next day. These orders will be held at your
local post office for 5 days.
Shipping
to Non-Billing Address
To prevent credit card fraud we do not ship to
any other address except the billing address when
placing an order online with a credit card. However,
we do have a mail-in
form, located here, where you can fill out
the form and mail in a personal check or a money
order and have the order shipped anywhere you
like.
